North facade detail 

It is a facade composed of a fixed module of a Tramex structure to which is added three pivoting corten steel panels. Thus develops a facade which does not solve a  bioclimatic problem it solves a functional problem, as these panels help to regulate the light inside the building.

South facade detail  

 Attending to the bioclimatic needs, I propose a double south facade composed by perforated panel of corten steel that can hold  climbing plants (vegetable facade), an intermediate tramex, and a second glass facade.
